Finished product assembly uses an automated production line, and the process parameters of the entire line are traceable. From the time the parts are put into production, the production, personnel, and material conditions of each process are recorded to prevent errors, leaks, and stagnation. This will greatly increase the product's first-time pass rate, reduce rework and scrap, and ultimately achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
We have set up a dust-free workshop for supporting and electromagnetic products, with one room for one product line.
Before entering the workshop, production personnel must wear anti-static clothing, dust-free shoes, hats and masks. After testing the access control at the door of the floor, they can enter only if they do not exceed the static electricity standard; and we installed an air shower door outside the workshop to remove dust from the whole body and prevent dust from being brought into the workshop to affect product performance
